PSHE (Personal, Social, Health Education)
We recognise the importance of PSHE in every aspect of daily life. PSHE is concerned with increasing pupils’ awareness, understanding, confidence & knowledge of their own bodies, minds and relationships. We develop understanding of their physical health and how this affects their bodies as well as their emotional and mental well-being. We provide the knowledge & skills to enable pupils to confidently deal with conflict, celebrate differences, and develop relationships and to stay safe in a range of situations. We will develop important life skills that allow pupils to take on the changes & challenges in their life allowing them to make more informed and healthier choices. As well as providing a high quality of teaching & learning we provide a wide range of activities and the opportunity to participate in a range of activities within their school and wider community.
